How can I change my flight with a Flexible Ticket?

A Flexible Ticket allows you to change your flight, regardless of the airline’s fare rules.

To make a change, first go to My Bookings to see if you can rebook your flight yourself using your Flexible Ticket.

If self-service rebooking isn’t available for your booking, please contact our Support team for assistance.

If the new flight costs more, you’ll only need to pay the fare difference. All changes are subject to availability and must be made with the same airline as your original booking.
