Why haven’t I received my refund yet?

If you are entitled to reimbursement, we will issue the refund to the form of payment used during booking. However, efforts to compensate you to the initial form of payment may fail. Below, please find some of the most common reasons for unsuccessful refund payments:

  • Limitations from our payment providers due to significant time passing since the original transaction date
  • The bank account is no longer active (could be the one connected to your card)
  • Technical issues or restrictions related to the selected payment method

In such scenarios, we will most likely send you an email asking for your bank details. We will then ask you to complete a verification process to ensure that you are the owner of the account.
